Clayton brings more than three decades of proven leadership and business development experience to OMHS. He held a series of increasingly senior positionswith several of Canada’s largest and most prominent financial institutions. For thepast decade Clayton has consulted on business strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness, and process improvement both in the for private and not-for-profitsectors. He fulfilled a successful mandate as the Executive Director of a children’scharity in Toronto for six years. Clayton currently manages the Ontario Credit Union Foundation. A lifelong volunteer, he is the Board Chair of Knox Heritage Place, (a not- for-profit 80-unit seniors residence in Oakville), and is on the Canadian Club of Halton Board of Directors. Clayton and his wife are avid golfers and live in Oakville with their two boxers.
