Mission Pawsible 1 km Pet Walk

Don’t let sleeping dogs lie, let’s get them (and you) walking!  You can make a difference in an animal’s life by helping us to kick our Mission Pawsible campaign.

Leash up your furry friends and join us for a 1 km leisurely stroll in beautiful Bronte Creek Provincial Park to support the most vulnerable animals in our community. Registration is free with a $25 donation to Oakville & Milton Humane Society! Or go one step further and create your own fundraising page. It’s easy and also free. Participants who raise $250 or more will be entered into a special giveaway after the race.

Each step you take, each dollar you raise, gives an animal a second chance at getting healthy and finding their forever home.

What you need to know about registration:

• Your registration will be entered through the Race Roster website.  You will create a login first.
• You can register for either 1k, 5k or 10k distance.  Registration is free for the 1k Pet Walk, with a $25 donation to Oakville & Milton Humane Society.
• After you have confirmed your registration, you will be given the option to create a fundraising page.  Please do! It’s easy to use, easy to share and easy to raise funds for the animals. All participants who raise $250 or more will be entered to win a giveaway after the race.
• All participants and visitors are required to pay a park entrance fee of $18 per car (cash only, exact change).  The park entry fee includes the use of the park for the day, so you can enjoy the amenities after the run/walk. We encourage car pooling where possible.

You can have an impact on the most vulnerable animals in our community, like Fendi, Simba and Lola, who are still waiting for their forever home. Help them to continue receiving the care and love they need until they are adopted by registering and fundraising as part of your participation.
