Profile:

Meet Daffodil and Aster!

Aster came to us when her previous owner could no longer care for her and Daffodil was adopted out and then returned. They are both now ready to find a forever home together!

Like the delicate flowers they're named after, Aster and Daffodil are quiet and gentle, blooming slowly and sweetly in the right conditions. They have shy souls and prefer to take things slow, watching you from afar with wide, curious eyes before carefully inching closer, especially if you happen to have treats in hand. They are both classic shadow cats who will thrive in a calm, patient home where they can take their time to feel secure.

These two are happiest when they can quietly trail behind or settle nearby without the pressure of being the center of attention. They are looking for a home with someone who understands the beauty of patience and the joy of tiny milestones, like the first time either of them chooses to sit just a little closer.

Treats are the way to Aster and Daffodil's hearts, and once they feel safe, you might catch them playing on their own with a toy or batting at a wand from a distance. With time and trust, they may even join in interactive play, but they'll do it on their own terms.

These two did not initially come to us as a bonded pair but after time and observation in their foster home, it is clear that these two are inseparable! They encourage each other's confidence and help each other feel safe so they are now looking for a forever home together!

Do you feel like your home could be the perfect environment for Aster and Daffofil to thrive? Apply for them today!
