Frosty was surrendered by his owners as they could no longer care for him. He was previously an outdoor dog and is now ready to find a forever home!

- Starting to show an interest in toys

- Little to no experience in a home
- Working on developing his confidence
- Shows interest in liking grooming (brushing)
- Could live with a well-matched dog
- Untested with cats
